REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from 99Fusion Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. through AcademyLauncher.com ("AcademyLauncher", "we", "us" or "our"). AcademyLauncher provides software and infrastructure that enables creators, instructors and organizations ("Creators") to operate academies and sell courses, memberships, coaching, events and digital products to their learners and customers ("Students").
ACADEMYLAUNCHER SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription charges for the AcademyLauncher platform are billed in advance for the billing period selected at checkout. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written promotional offer, subscription fees, setup fees, add-ons and usage-based charges are non-refundable once charged.
You may cancel an AcademyLauncher subscription at any time through the available account or billing settings or by contacting support@academylauncher.com. Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal. Access to paid features normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period, after which the account may be downgraded, restricted or closed. Cancellation does not create a right to a prorated refund or credit for unused time.
FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
If a plan includes a free trial, the trial duration and conversion date will be shown when you enroll. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected paid plan may begin automatically and the payment method on file may be charged. Promotional credits, coupons and trial periods have no cash value, are non-transferable and may expire according to the applicable offer.
RENEWALS
Monthly, annual and other recurring plans renew automatically at the interval disclosed at checkout until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not want the next charge. Failure to use the service, forgetting to cancel, or not noticing a renewal reminder does not by itself qualify a charge for a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
CREATOR SALES TO STUDENTS
Creators, not AcademyLauncher, determine the descriptions, prices, delivery terms and refund rules for their own courses, memberships, coaching, events, communities and digital products. Each Creator must publish and comply with a clear refund policy that is consistent with applicable consumer law.
A Student seeking a refund for Creator Content should first contact the Creator through the academy or the contact information shown on the purchase page. AcademyLauncher may provide payment technology and administrative assistance, but it is not the seller of Creator Content unless the checkout page expressly identifies AcademyLauncher as the seller. AcademyLauncher does not guarantee that a Creator will approve a refund.
Where AcademyLauncher processes a Creator's payment, we may issue or facilitate a refund when instructed by the Creator, required by law, necessary to correct a processing error, or appropriate to address fraud, duplicate billing or material non-delivery. Any such action does not make AcademyLauncher responsible for the Creator's content or obligations.
DIGITAL CONTENT AND IMMEDIATE ACCESS
Courses, downloads, recordings, templates and other digital products may be delivered immediately after purchase. To the extent permitted by applicable law, a purchase is generally not refundable after digital access, download, streaming, substantial course consumption or certificate issuance has begun, unless the content is materially defective, materially misdescribed, not delivered, or a refund is otherwise required by law or promised by the Creator.
LIVE SERVICES, COACHING AND EVENTS
Refund and rescheduling rights for live classes, workshops, coaching appointments and events are governed by the Creator's published terms. A Creator may set reasonable notice periods, attendance rules and rescheduling limits. If the Creator cancels a paid live service and does not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled date, the Student may be entitled to a refund from the Creator.
ELIGIBLE BILLING ISSUES
Contact us promptly if you believe there has been a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, an unauthorized transaction, a charge after timely cancellation, or a payment for an AcademyLauncher service that we failed to provide. We may request the account email, transaction identifier, invoice, payment date and other information reasonably necessary to investigate. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR BILLING REVIEW
For AcademyLauncher subscription charges, email support@academylauncher.com within 14 days after the disputed charge. Include your account email, invoice or transaction number, charge date, amount and the reason for the request. For Creator Content, contact the applicable Creator first.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We may decline requests involving consumed services, policy abuse, fraudulent activity, chargeback manipulation, violation of our Terms of Service, or circumstances outside the refund terms disclosed at purchase.
PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7 to 10 business days. Banks, card networks, payment gateways and wallet providers may require additional time to display the credit. Currency-conversion differences, bank charges and third-party fees may not be recoverable unless required by law.
CHARGEBACKS
Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact the Creator for Creator Content or AcademyLauncher for platform charges so the issue can be investigated. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of the related account, without limiting any rights available under law. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using lawful payment-dispute rights.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
If we terminate an account for a material breach of the Terms of Service, illegal activity, fraud, non-payment or abuse of the Platform, unused subscription time is not refundable except where required by law. If AcademyLauncher permanently discontinues a paid service before the end of a prepaid period and does not provide a substantially equivalent service, we may provide a prorated refund or credit for the affected unused period.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
This Policy does not exclude, restrict or waive any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law. Where this Policy conflicts with such law, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date shown in the updated document and will not reduce rights already accrued in relation to an earlier transaction where prohibited by law.
